User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Great product
This is the first bicycle trailer that I have purchased so I don’t have much for comparison. However, I do need to say that this product exceeds every expectation that I had. The trailer is very solid and its a true joy to be able to share the biking experience with my son.

5 Stars First trailer, great choice
I don’t have anything to compare this trailer to as it is my first purchase for one, but I have to comment on how light it is despite how large it seems. My niece (age 6) and nephew (age 2) fit very comfortably in it. The screen is nearly panoramic and gives the kids a nice view. Would recommend to anyone!

4 Stars Best value I could find, and surprisingly good
We already had a BOB Dualie double stroller when I found myself wishing I had looked for a bike trailer that could double as a stroller. I researched all the major brands.. Chariot, Burley, Croozer, and this one just seemed to be the right balance of price and quality. I have not been disappointed. The rear wheels are bigger than my BOB and the front wheel is a nice, solid size - about the same as the BOB. That makes for a good stroller - we love the BOB, but this rates right up there.

I have not complaints on the quality of build, although I do wish it were aluminum or composite - it appears to be steel, and slightly heavier than it should be. But I don’t really notice it - the wheels make it a breeze to tow or push.

The accordion-style bug guard is a genius design - no zipping in and out every time like the other trailers. It just clasps at the bottom and lifts up when you’re done. The kids love it.

The seat is great - nicely padded, not flimsy sling-style.

The tow bar is easy to attach, and the hitch was a snap to mount, especially if you have a quick-release axle.

Reasons for it not being 5 stars:

- no sun screen unless you use the weather guard, which is plastic and inhibits ventilation. i may have to jerry-rig something.

- I would like to have a divider between the kiddos like the Croozer. however, the shoulder straps adjust nicely to having a single kiddo in the seat, where they can sit in the center. Impressive design there

- the stroller won’t fit through an average single-door like my BOB does. Fortunately, it’s easy to take off a wheel.

- It needs a better place to store the strolling wheel - I’d rather not take up space in the cargo pocket.. AND it needs more cargo space as well.

Aside from those things… perfect. Especially since it is literally half the price of the Burley and Chariot, when they are outfitted for both bike and strolling/jogging. If I had bought a Chariot, I would have tried to sell my BOB to help fund it. With this one, I may not even have to do that, keeping them both.

5 Stars Absolutely love it and very much worth the money!
I spent many weeks researching MANY bike trailers and I am ever so happy with this decision/purchase! I have a 2 1/2 yr old and 11 month old and live in an area with no sidewalks, but many beautiful state/county parks, so I wanted a trailer that was both comfortable for the boys and safe! I didn’t like the other trailers because they offered a sling-type seat. This Schwinn offers a regular seat (with removable cushion for easy washing!) and a lap seatbelt with optional shoulder harness! I love the bug shield because it not only keeps the Maryland Mosquitoes out, but also any debris that my rear bike tire kicks up (including mud!) I have biked on main roads, grass/dirt/gravel roads and muddy wooded trails with absolutely no problem!

The only thing about this trailer that I did not like too much was the removable handle bar compartment. It kept falling off and while using the trailer as a stroller in Disney last week, the compartment actually broke off… so I will need to rig-up a new camera/water bottle holder!

We received MANY compliments in Disney and Williamsburg when rolling this ‘limo of a stroller’ around the parks! Just a side note… this stroller does not fit through the front gate in The Magic Kingdom, however the side tire pops off with no problem for a quick and easy entry! I would highly recommend this to anyone!

4 Stars Very well built
My husband kept on commenting how well the buggy is built. The only negative thing about it is that some of the safety clips are so very hard to manipulate. My fingers are just not strong enough. Even my husband has to exert quite some strength and power to open and close the clips.

But it rides beautifully, and not heavy at all. A little bit of sand does manage to get through the screen when riding on the bike path here at Trap Pond State Park in Delaware. But the bugs stay out which is wonderful for our little passenger. We hope to use the buggy for many, many years to come!!
