5 Stars These made all the difference!
Prior to buying these, my brand new exercise room in our recently finished basement presented with a problem ~ cement floors. I don’t know why I didn’t see that coming, but as soon as I tried one of my high impact step DVDs, I realized the oversight. My knees ached for 3 days post-workout. Fearful I’d have to give up anything high impact (or else face having to drag all of my crap back upstairs to our bedroom), I started shopping for puzzle mats. I finally took a chance on these and ended up loving them. My knees haven’t felt so much as a twinge since. They’re easy to set up and break down (I only do high impact 3 times a week) if you’d rather not use them as permanent flooring, and they store nicely in a closet or under a bed. The surface is a bit slippery at first, but I’ve noticed that is changing the more I use them.

I would recommend getting at least 2 sets for a nice, spacious area. If you can afford to cover the whole room, go for it.

5 Stars Great flooring
Purchased this so I could convert half of our garage into a work out area. These interlocking tiles worked well and the thickness and quality is great. I did put a slip proof pad underneath so it wouldn’t slip at all. I had done lots of research on gym flooring and this by far was the best value. The nice thing is, it can be moved at anytime since it is not glued down. The packages each set came in are zippered so you can save them for transporting if you move. I would highly recommend this product.

It’s a good product. My husband ordered it which coming with 6 pieces.

We used them to do some floor exercise, which really been good support.

We are thinking of order more for our toddler’s room.

We really like these mats. They set up and break down very quickly. We use them for shearing our alpacas and they hold up even with rugged use year after year.

4 Stars An excellent choice!
I purchased the Ironman Deluxe Flooring System for my youth indoor track team that I coach. We used the pads for stretching, mobility and jumping exercises. The mats are a little stiffer than I’d like but the kids enjoyed them and they are very tough. Being able to put them together in any shape like a puzzle was a big plus as they were used for multiple jumping exercises and games. We use them at an indoor gym and they do slip on the floor occasionally during some of the jumping exercises but nothing that hindered the workout. Overall, I would purchase these again and even add to my collection.
