5 Stars GREAT PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE
This is a great set, not just for the beginner. The mat is oversized compared to others I’ve seen. And the thickness was comfortable. Having two blocks was a plus, especially to lend one out to a friend. I would recommend this to anyone, it is a complete set in a bag ready to go.

Thanks for offering a great product,

5 Stars good find
I really just wanted an inexpensive yoga mat and bag but I found this with what I wanted plus yoga blocks and strap. I don’t ever use the blocks or strap but the mat is very nice and doesn’t get dirty very easily. I’m glad I purchased this set.

4 Stars good
This kit is very good, but I was expecting a little bit bigget foam blocks.

5 Stars Does the job
Came on time. Nice non-slip mat and great blocks. The poster is pretty nice too but my wife doesn’t want it up in our house. Great value overall.

3 Stars Valeo Yoga Kit
Its been a month since i began yoga and so my first time using a sticky mat. This intro to a yoga kit has been good. The mat is relatively sturdy, although there is a smally snag on it (not sure if i did it with my toe or it came that way), but it does not seem to be expanding.

The colour is a beautiful purple, and the bag is very sturdy and holds every thing comfortably.

All and all, this kit is a good introduction to yoga for beginners. I recommend it hold heartedly.

Stott Pilates Express Pilates Mat

Stott Pilates Express Pilates Mat

Thicker than a yoga mat to protect the spine and designed specifically for Pilates exercises, this ribbed foam mat features integrated Velcro straps that allow the mat to be quickly rolled up and secured for compact storage. The mat measures 70 inches long x 21-3/4 inches wide x 3/8 inch thick.

About Stott Pilates
Lindsay and Moira Merrithew met in New York City when he was studying at Juilliard School of Performing Arts and she was a dancer. While rehabilitating from a broken foot that ended her dancing career, she discovered a then-little-known exercise program developed by Joseph Pilates and became a Pilates instructor. When the couple moved to Toronto, where Lindsay pursued work in theatre, television, and film, they couldn’t find proper equipment to use for Pilates exercises and decided to make their own equipment with the help of a carpenter. As Pilates began to gain wider recognition in the early 1990s, the Merrithews seized the opportunity to begin manufacturing modern, professional-quality Pilates equipment. Their company now operates some 30 Pilates training centers in North America as well as manufacturing Pilates equipment and accessories.

5 Stars Stott Pilates Mat
Super cushy mat - great for Pilates on hardwood floors. I love the sage green color that I got and the straps make storage easy.

5 Stars Great Pilates Mat!
I’m very happy with the Stott Pilates mat. It is durable, lays flat, with no chemical odor. It is a good thickness for pilates providing good cushining for your tail bone and hip bones and it is not too squishy, either. The attached velcro straps keep the mat nicely rolled up and it is not overly bulky to tote around. I highly recommend this mat for pilates over the thinner yoga mats.

5 Stars Love this mat
This is the first mat I ever bought and I am extremely happy I picked this one. It is thick and soft and perfect for floor exercising.

5 Stars Good Mat
THis mat is a very comfortable mat that provides good cushioning when doing exercies on the floor, both for Pilates when you do things like rolling like a ball, or doing sit-ups.

Has held up to use with no signs of wear and the straps make it easy to roll up and store. Well worth the price.

5 Stars Great Mat
I am a pilates instructor and find this to be an excellent mat. Others are to thin and do not allow you to roll through your spine as you should in pilates. This mat is nice and dense so you will not hurt your back, yet lightweight and easy to transport with the velcro straps. Also comes in great colors.

4 Stars Great price
We love our trailer but the only thing is, make sure you are athletic and in shape before you purchase it. My husband has to attach it to his bike b/c I get too tired to trail the 2 kids around in it (they are about 30lbs each). I have to say that it is really roomy and lots of fun for the kids! It attaches to the bike easily and is easy to assemble, etc.

5 Stars Great Bike Trailer
I bought this trailer to carry luggage, not children, and it has worked out great! I went to Martha’s Vineyard for a weekend and was able to put my backpack and my wife’s backpack plus food items and more in the trailer and it worked great!

5 Stars For the Grandkids
I have not used the trailer because of time constrains. It will be used this coming weekend.

The trailer is just what I wanted.

From placement of order to receiving the item, there were no glitches. I rated the overall service as 5 stars.

Look forward to my next purchase.

5 Stars Great Deal, Great Price
I couldn’t be happier with this product. It works perfectly for our little one, and can’t imagine anyone spending the money on a name brand bike trailer when they could get this item for less than $100. I will say that the cloth seats and belts inside seem a little on the cheap side, but it works perfectly for neighborhood strolls. I would recommend this item to anyone on a budget who wants some quality outdoor bike time with their baby.

1 Star Very cheap materials
Though we were initially thrilled, we were not so happy when the first of the restraint straps broke within a few weeks of purchase. A few weeks later a second strap broke, rendering one side of the trailer unusable. Six months later, straps on the other side began fraying and snapping. Mind you, this was with infrequent use and with two children under the age of three–not really heavy or active kids. The trailer was kept outside in mild weather, covered and in the shade. Now (at just over a year of ownership) all of the straps have completely rotted apart and it is completely unsafe to put our kids in it. After reading through several of the other reviews, this is clearly a recurring issue.

Though we ultimately purchased the Instep Take 2 for less than $100 (on sale), I wouldn’t buy this trailer again for half the price. I’m all for saving a buck where you can, but this is a *complete* waste of cash.

MSR Alpine Utensil Set

MSR Alpine Utensil Set: Now you don’t have to make the case for adding luxuries like your favorite kitchen utensils to your pack. MSR’s lightweight strainer, spatula and spoon cleverly fold in half for compact storage. Use them for pots with a nonstick coating - no scratches, no dings.

User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Chef’s delight
I just started some longer hiking/camping expeditions this past summer. I sat down with my pack and equipment to decide what went and what stayed. As a chef, I hated to omit the slightly more gourmet items in my bag but my cooking utensils were too long and awkwardly shaped to be convenient. The MSR utensil set nicely solved that issue. I love these things! They are VERY compact and weigh almost nothing. The locking mechanism works perfectly. The straining utensil does not lock unfortunately but I have not found this to be a problem. Also I would be curious to know how much abuse the thin material at the bend can take before it breaks but so far it hasn’t. The ladle also has measuring lines inside which have come in handy!

2 Stars Disappointed
Not up to MSR standards, the latching tab broke on the spoon the first time I folded it. The utensils are very flimsy and will not stand up to camp use. Would have been better if they didn’t fold.

4 Stars Decent buy
This utensil set, when folded up, will easily fit inside stackable pot/pan camping units (tested with MSR gourmet 3-piece set) with room to spare.

The spatula and ladle locks in the open position at the base. Pressing the small knob unlocks it, allowing them to fold up tightly. The strainer does not, however, and does not fold up tightly on its own.

Is it worth $10+? Probably not, especially since I don’t plan on using the strainer out on the trail, but I’m ok with the purchase.

2 Stars Wish they didn’t fold
These seem gimmicky to me. They’re more expensive and less durable than what I replaced them with… a small wooden spatula. I love MSR’s gear… just not this particular piece.

5 Stars Great Utensils by MSR
They fold up small, in half, & fold open to a normal size spatula, spoon & strainer that fit perfectly with our backpacking pots/pans. When you open them all the way flat they lock into the open position so they are not floppy but very sturdy when using. To fold back up just press the release tab. Great design.

Very easy to clean, light weight & fit into the pack with ease. We will be using these for many trips to come. Very happy with our purchase. Wish it would have had a mesh storage bag with it. Easy fix, we’ll just buy one.
