4 Stars Nice but too small
This might be a nice size to work out with but I wanted one to use as a chair for my desk. This one was too small. 75cm is what I needed. Fully inflated, this ball comes up to a little under my knee.

This ball has a nice silver color (a bit duller in person than the picture).

It comes with a small hand pump which is a workout in itself.

The ball does have a bad smell that is failry strong for a few days. After that, it is fine.

4 Stars Sitting on it as I write this!
I got sick and my therapist recommended I get one of these for two reasons. 1, to do exercises with and 2, to sit on at work. After buying it, I never really used this particular model for exercises, since I my therapist always had their own…from experience though these things make a lot of exercises harder, and I’ve become a fan of using them to strengthen your abs and your other core muscles.

I took this one to work and sit on it like a chair. It is not really comfortable enough to sit on full time, so I keep my office chair nearby and usually switch after about 4 hours. Sitting on it does improve your posture and seems to really help your core strength as well since you can’t slough down and lean on anything like a chair back.

Per other reviews. Mine might have smelled like vinyl when I first got it, but that quickly faded. Yes, the pump that is included sucks, and worse off there isn’t a standard hole on it so you can’t use a regular pump to inflate it. This isn’t too big of a problem since you only really inflate it once and it holds the air pretty well. Also, according to another review regarding slow leaks…mine has never had any leaks. I inflated it at home and actually carried it to work I think I had to re-inflate it once and that was more to get comfortable with it and haven’t had to pump it up since over the last couple of months.

5 Stars Great Product!
This is a great product. It has helped me increase my situps and improve my abs tremendously.

2 Stars Hate to burst your bubble, but.. . .
I was using this as a seat at my computer desk, and unfortunately, it got a slow leak within a week.

Pumping it up again did not help, though it is possible I simply received a defective item, or my [persnickety] cat took out its aggression on this ball while I was away.

That being said, I CAN tell you that using it as a seat will offer you a good core and stability exercise. I was enjoying the subtle, but constant workout of my abs and lower back, which is why I was so disappointed when it deflated.

3 Stars holds air fine, but smelly and not round
The included pump is a joke if you want to get this thing inflated out of the box. I used my bike floor pump and it still took forever. But hopefully it’s something you only need to do once.

The ball I got is not round, and may explain why some folks complain that it’s not the advertised size. It may well be the advertised size on one axis, but not another.

I’ve had this thing airing out in the garage for weeks now and it still wreaks of the plastic/vinyl/whatever smell such that I can’t stand having it in the house long enough to actually use it. The smell is subsiding though, so maybe in another few weeks I can bring it inside.

5 Stars Older than dirt? Get it!
When I got into my late 50s my joints, especially knees, started to

blow out every time I tried to jog a bit. This bike is extremely

easy on the knees because your weight is on the seat and your upper

body helps to do the work. Now in my middle 60s,

I can get myself completely exhausted without injury.

If you can’t go swimming every day, this is the closest thing to

that kind of gentle exercise you will find.

The bike is heavily built, as sturdy as a street bike. Plan to

take a couple of hours assembling it. The assembly instructions

are just about as opaque as all assembly instructions are, but

stay calm, and you will have a working bike the day you get it.

It is quiet enough to watch TV while using it,

unless you are really pushing

the envelope. Combine it with a nice set of barbells

and you have a complete home gym.

The seat goes low enough for my 5′3″ wife to use the

bike easily.

5 Stars Delighted in Dallas
The Airdyne I purchased has been everything I had hoped for, both an upper and lower body workout. I’m amazed that the local gyms don’t have Airdynes or something similar, especially for the over fifty crowd, (I’m fifty-six). My wife loves it too. I’d rate it five stars.

4 Stars Great bike, poor documentation
The Schwinn Airdyne AD4 is a great exercise bike. It’s is not as hard on the knees as a treadmill, and can be used whether you are in great shape or poor shape. It can be rolled around and doesn’t take that much floor space. As one of the other reviewers mentioned, it came without assembly instructions. The only contact information was an 800 number on the shipper, so I called and they immediately emailed out the assembly instructions. At the same time, they took my serial number and processed the registration. This must be their way of getting you to register the bike for the warranty. The assembly instructions are a bit out of the dark ages, and poorly done. Better pictures and clearer steps would probably shorten the assembly time by half. Getting the display to fit was painful. Once assembled, what do I find? No User Manual. Another call to the 800 number gets one emailed out. Customer Service was helpful and responsive. The User Manual was better prepared than the assembly instructions. It mentions that the bike will display heart rate from a wireless heart rate monitor. For someone new to this, more information on heart rate monitors would have been helpful. Now that I have a User Manual, I also have an email address for Customer Service. My wife and I are using it every day, and are happy with it.

5 Stars Excellent Workout!
I found this exercise bike next to my neighbors garbage can last week and it is absolutly wonderful. Great price (free). I rent an Apt in a very wealthy neighborhood and could not believe my luck!! It is improving my arm strength and cardio. I’ve bought expensive exercise equipment in the past but it ended up right where my neighbor put this. I really love this bike though. It’s durable, quiet, great for all ages. I don’t think I would have paid as much as you all did for this… but it seems to be worth the cost.

4 Stars Great excercise equipment
I have several physical problems that make exercise difficult. The Schwinn Airdyne is a perfect solution. I’m really glad I got it. The seat is a problem and I am going have to solve that problem. I am hoping the other seat they make will make it more comfortable. That’s why only four stars.

    5 Stars Great Sandals
Just as advertised. Great fit. I’ve been wearing them everyday since I’ve taken them out of the box.

    3 Stars Sizing isn’t consistent
    Newport H2 Full Sandal -Mens

I recently purchased my second pair of Keen newport sandals. The first pair I got were awesome right out the box. I wear them all the time. So I decided to purchase a second pair. Same size different color. They don’t even feel close to the other ones. I’m wearing a pair of socks with them trying to get them broken in. Seems that Keen is not consistent with their sizing. Hope they start feeling good soon or they’ll end up in my wife’s annual yard sale.

    5 Stars Very Pleased!
Bought this for the “urban jungle” of NYC. I’ve been wearing them almost every day for the past month and they are very comfortable. They seem to be well made and are holding up well. I’m very pleased with the purchase and would recommend them.

    5 Stars Outstanding Performer
I have had my H2 sandals for over 3 years, and have put well over 1K miles on mine. Around town, in the water, and on the trail. They have not worn out or fallen apart, or lost color. I did have to have a shoe repairman reinforce the seams on the fabric where the side panels meet the sole, maybe 100 miles ago, but after 1K miles, I guess a little seam repair is more than reasonable. I just bought another pair, on sale, but they are still in the box cause the old ones are still going strong.

    4 Stars Newport H2
A lot of people say it feels a half size too small but I think it feels true to

both size and width. I received these shoes and was pleased to find that there

    isn’t any break-in time. I have a job where I walk around for 8 hours straight;

I wore these the first day without any pain later that evening or the next day.

There is an adjustable elastic cord that can be tightened, but I think the shoes

are more comfortable if they are left a little loose. I had them tightened one

day and noticed a pinching sensation after a couple hours of use. Another reason

to wear them loose is that it makes it easier to put them back on if your feet

    are wet or sweaty

They feel like they have very good traction but I’m not walking through rivers

with slippery rocks so it isn’t the best test.

Because these are closed-toe sandals, it creates a problem when small rocks,

sand, or other objects get into the shoe. I found that I can’t just wiggle my

foot around to get rid of the nuisance, I need to take the shoe completely off

and dump it out. Another thing I noticed about these shoes is that it dried out

the back of my heels. I only had to apply lotion once to correct the dryness and

I have not had a problem since, but it is something to be aware of.

Overall this is a great sandal and I don’t have to worry about sticks or other

objects stabbing my toes because of the closed-toe feature. I have owned these

for about a month now and they don’t show any signs of wear so I expect them to

hold up for a long time. I would not recommend them for walking around on the

beach because sand and rocks get trapped underneath your feet and up in the toe

area, but for walking through rivers and as a casual shoe these are great. One

last problem that I just thought of is that they aren’t comfortable for standing around with minimal movement for long periods of time. It’s possibly just my feet, but anyone interested in these should try them on and stand around for a while to see how they feel.
