The high-performance, electric powered Razor MX650 Dirt Rocket is ideal for teens (ages 16 and up) who want to enjoy an authentic dirt bike experience without breaking the bank. 5 Stars A lot of fun, great price on Amazon
I purchased this for my 3 kids, 16, 14 and 11. It is the same size as the MX 500, but has a more powerful electric motor. The kids and I are having fun around the yard. We have not used it on any strenuous trails. It slows a little when pulling my 150 lbs up the steep grass hill in our yard, but otherwise runs great. It is easy to handle and fun. Just remember an electric motor has steady power output, so it is hard to get a real slow start for beginners - it tends to lunge forward as soon as the throttle is applied. The kids got used to it quickly, but it was tricky for the nervous one.

The box arrived on time, but was too heavy (approx 100 lbs) for the delivery driver to do more than get it out of the truck. Fortunately I was home and decided to assemble it right there. Assemble went well, but I needed an extra set of hands to hold the bike in position. Both the front wheel and handlebars need to be mounted, which was a little awkward. All tools are included, but the instructions were not very clear. The stickers were not put on well, but structurally and mechanically it is well designed and built. Overall we are really happy with it!

5 Stars Nice machine for my 9 year old
This is a well-built machine. My 9 year old son loves riding it. It’s plenty fast. Make sure you ride with a helmet, closed toe shoes, and long sleeves and pants. My son took a spill on the pavement when he hit a water puddle, and got pretty scraped up because he had shorts and a t-shirt on. I’m 220 pounds, and I took it for a quick spin and found it carried me quite handily. It’s easy to learn to ride, and you can ride for about 30 minutes total on a charge. It comes mostly assembled. It took me about 45 minutes to complete the assembly. Instructions are poor, but it’s easy to figure out from the pictures. This is worth the money, and I would recommend it.

5 Stars Razor MX650 Dirt Rocket Electric Motocross Bike
Overall very happy with purchase. Assembly was quick and easy. 14 year old is enjoying it, as well as 11 year old brother. 14 year old will be looking to upgrade size and speed soon. Lasts more than an hour per charge. Best to run battery down to 3% regularly before recharging fully (generally overnight for full charge).

4 Stars O.K. product
It seems well built as far as durability goes. I can’t give it 5 stars because there is a glitch in the electrical system. After riding for 25 minutes or so, the motor will cut in and out. There’s a battery indicator on the handlebars that still shows full when this occurs so battery life seems good as far as I can tell. Customer service promptly sent me a new controller, I haven’t had a chance to replace it yet so I don’t know for sure if that’s the problem, but they shipped it out right away without any hassle and I had it in about a week.

5 Stars the best bike ever!
i bout this bike with my money for 399.99 beacuse my cusin had one and i rode it.it sounds slow 17 mph when i rode it it the most fun ive ever had.it felt like it went 30 mph its not loud at all.the first time it charges for about 15 hours do that for a couple days then 10 then 8 and stay that way.im ten and about 4,8 and it fits me perfect.thank u amazon for puting the price sssssssssssssssssssssssssooooooooooooooooooo low.and razor for making the best bike ever.

1 Star Too pricey for junk…
I bought two of these. Description made it sound like a cool little scooter. Seemed kind of dependable out of the box, I’ve seen cheaper stuff. Anyway, one scooter did what I see a lot of people have experienced. It shut off just down the street. Had to stop - reset - push off and ride for maybe 100 feet - repeat! The other scooter ran good for short while, then same thing?!?! Also did’nt hold charge very long. Nothing near what the description states for battery, weight tolerance or speed. NOT WORTH PRICE!

4 Stars Razor Scooter
Really good scooter but would be nice if had more running time 45 minutes is small amount of time for a 12 hour charge

4 Stars Razor review
The E300s is a great and sturdy unit. The only set back is the battery life. Battery will last about 45 min on a good charge.

1 Star This is a terrible item
This scooter is NOT for heavier riders……maybe 120 lbs maximum. After only of a day’s use when new, our son, who’s 145 lbs complained that the circuit breaker kept popping. Contacting Razor resulted in essentially instructions to rebuild the rear wheel assembly. In doing so, I discovered that the brake was very tight and dragging badly. The chain was very, very tight as well. After rebuilding the entire assembly, with the TERRIBLE instruction manual, the rear wheel was freed up considerably. Still, when used again…..continual circuit breaker popping. The problem is most definitely that the motor is way too small to produce the required torque, and once it’s hot, the circuit breaker pops. It will NOT WORK well for riders over approx 120 lbs, in spite of what they claim. The item is reasonably well constructed, despite what the Chinese did on the brake and chain tension. Only a larger motor and battery would help the situation. I cannot recommend this product….it will be a frustration to own.

3 Stars Razor E300s
I bought this scooter for my son who is 10, but here is the problems i see. This is very heavy constructed scooter, but it is missing the little things. This scooter does not have any LED light indicator when the battery is running low, so u have to take a guess if you have a full charge or not. The battery does not last long either.

This scooter is not worth the money, I rather have Schwinn instead of this.

5 Stars Great bike, but not for a 14 year old
My son, who is 6 loves this bike! He rides it all day every day until the battery runs dry.

My son is a small 6 year old, so trying to imagine a 14 year old is hard. I would not recomend this for an older child, my daugher is 12 and hardly fits.

It is a great bike, fun and sporty, fast enough for one who wants some spead, yet light and easy enough to handle.

5 Stars Razor MX350 Dirt Rocket Electric Motorcross Bike
Awesome !!! My son loves it !!! Rides it everyday !!! The battery even lasts for when he’s riding it !!!

I am glad I ordered it it is really a great product and a great deal !!!

4 Stars Grandson says it’s awesome
We purchased the razor in June and our 6yr.old grandson loves it. The only issue I have with it is the tires don’t hold up and to find replacement tires is impossible in stores I had to go on the internet. He wasn’t to happy that he couldn’t ride it over the weekend. Today the new tires came in the mail so i called him andhe was happy.

4 Stars Great little first dirt bike!
My 5yr old son who has been riding w/out training wheels since age 3 hopped on this bike and just took off! It goes just fast enough for him to love it and me to be nervous. It is powerful enough to get around good in grass and the battery lasts for a good hour or more of riding it. I would not buy it for a kid older than 10 though. It was a great transition from Power Wheels though!

5 Stars Awsome!!!-A kids Reveiw
This rocks! It goes fast and loses no speed when you turn unlike electric scooters. I raced my freind on her supossidly faster scooter, and i won every time! It charges fast and has alot of ride time. I frequently go between my friends’ houses and it plain out looks cool! If you are going to buy this for your kid, do it! They’ll love it! But make sure you get a helmet- full face completes the look of motocross.

5 Stars The happiest 10 year old in the world
Got this for my 10 year old for his birthday. He had the E100 for the past 2 years. Needless to say, he loves it.

The more power and bigger wheels allow him to ride across the yard (which he loves, even if gardener dad doesn’t).

It was very easy to assemble. The only disappointment was that you need a valve extender to properly inflate the rear tire and one was not included in the box.

PS: If you are buying this or anything bulky on Amazon, do the 30 day free trial of Amazon Prime. Free 2 day shipping. Just don’t forget to cancel it.

5 Stars LOVE IT!
bought this for my soon to be 8 year old son, he’s big for his age and I didn’t want to start with the small Razor and have him outgrow it in a couple of months. first I’d like to say, this product is $80 cheaper on Amazon than Toys R Us, also the free shipping was great, only took about 3 days for delivery. after reading the other reviews I knew it came in its original packaging, (I didn’t need it to be a surprise) as far as the Razor goes, we love it!! it was easy to put together, charged it overnight, and took it out the next day. my son was able to get on it and go! its a lot of fun, and I like the fact that the tires are air filled, its a very smooth ride. my husband, who is 200 lbs. had no problem riding it. I’m not sure how long the battery lasts, because my son gives up before the battery runs out!! All in all I would recommend it, however I wold also recommend safety equipment, my son wears a helmet and knee and elbow pads.

4 Stars 300 razor
This was a gift for my grandsons. I am told they really like it and ride it all the time. It was easy to put together and use.

4 Stars My 10 year old thinks this is the bomb…
My daughter got this scooter for her 10th birthday. Without a doubt, this is the best present ever. However, you need to check with your local authorities for laws related to electric scooters. Found out that they are illegal for people under 16 in my community, so for now, she is an outlaw biker. This unit is not made for a lardy 250lb guy. Rode around the office on the first day when it was delivered. Turns out, everyone in the office wanted to give it a run and most of them did. The battery life is not great but when I am on my bike trying to keep up, yes, a 250lb lardy guy can still ride a bicycle, I am tired by the time the battery wears down. The thing is pretty fast, again, lardy guy trying to keep up. We don’t have many hills in our community so I am not sure of the pulling power. Anywho, great product, my daughter loves it, good speed, built well, good exercise for the lardy guy trying to keep up.

4 Stars pretty cool
We bought this for our 11 year old son. Overall we think it is pretty nice. We have had no problems with it at all.

User Ratings and Reviews

3 Stars um… a little bigger please?
This pocket bike has great torque, awesome speed, and can go up hills without a second thought.

The thing is is that it is just to small. When zooming around the neighborhood I feel as if everyone is watching, and not in a good way. It’s hard to steer because of the limited space on the bike because everything that’s on the bike is all packed together.

Over all this is an okay pocket bike. But if you’re looking for something with a tad more speed and excitment,I prefer a an i-Mod or a pocket mod or a dirt rocket mx350 or the next version after that. Those are better items with more features fun and speed and are in the same price range.

I hope this review was helpful to you in every way. If you have questions you can e-mail me at localblockparty@yahoo.com

Thanks.
